Overall it's very soft comfy, not quite as warm as I would have liked but that's okay. My only gripe is the product did not come with the white charging cable as was advertised to be included. There was only a small, empty plastic baggie where it was obviously supposed to be. When I contact product support, I was told they will not send any missing parts and I would need to send back the entire package for a replacement. A little ridiculous that I paid over $60 (one of the most expensive heated blankets on Amazon) just for a part to somehow be forgotten, and not able to be sent or compensated. How do you put a sealed empty baggie into a box without realizing it's empty?

Super soft. It has 3 heat settings and gets really warm. The rechargeable battery pack lasts about 3 hours but does take a while to recharge. It can be used as a shawl type thing or a blanket, comfortable either way. With freezing temps in the winter it kept me from needing to turn my heater up too much. 100% recommend!!

I absolutely love this blanket! It's very soft, very warm and very affordable! Easy to use and prefect size to cover the shoulders. Very well made and with the travel bag easy to carry along. Definitely helps on the extremely cold days!!

I have a problem when I get chilled I can’t seem to warm up. I also am just using space heaters to heat my home. I decided to try one of these blankets after contemplating for several days. I am only on SS so it was a big investment for me. Well, I just wish I hadn’t waited so long. I’ve been miserable so many days lately when I could have used this and been cozy. It doesn’t take long to heat up and it just feels amazing. Being rechargeable is the reason I chose this. It’s so much nicer than having to sit by an outlet. You can also use for outdoor activities. You can now be comfortable and have fun without freezing. The battery seems to last a long time. There is only one problem with this and that is if you have family, especially children, you will have to fight for it. Everyone is going to want to use it so you probably ought to get them one as well. I had a problem and this seller answered my question almost immediately and swiftly took care of my issue. That means so much to me. A seller that stands behind their products and cares about their customers is such a rarity these days. This seller cannot be beat in that aspect. I think this blanket will last for many years because it is a quality made item.I did not get a free product or get paid to leave this review but I felt that this product and seller deserved a great review.
