Awesome batter replacement kit.Good instructions provided all the necessary tools. Only weird thing is my 2016 MacBook shuts down on its own. Gotta look into it.

Bought this and installed it just under 3 months ago. Installation went smoothly after finding a video to follow online. Battery worked great right after insallation. Now, a few months later we are back to a computer that doesn’t even charge or turn on.

I put it in a Macbook Pro (bought from Apple around August 2016). It works perfectly fine. I was extremely careful and did exactly as the instructions told me.Becareful with one part, removing the old middle battery block (directly under the trackpad). That part took me a long time because instructions advised not to use alcohol (unlike the other two battery blocks). Other than that, everything was relatively easy, just time consuming. Stay organized, don't lose your screws, and be patient or else you might damage the logic board and/or little strips.Happy with the purchase, would recommend to anyone who is semi-technical and handy with mini tools; or to someone who is going to hire a techie to install it.

Battery works great (in my MacBook Pro Model A1708) and the instructions and tools for installation that came with it were fantastic. Customer service was very helpful too. Would buy again. I had initially thought the battery didn't last very long, not realizing the original battery has the same capacity. Don't expect a lot from it the laptop is from 2017 after all.

Nice kit with the tools you will need to do the job. Great link to a video that leads you through the procedure. However, the part about adding rubbing alcohol to soften the adhesive under the existing battery seemed like there would be no chance of that working so I used a thin narrow blade metal putty knife suggested in another You Tube video and that worked well. The wide blade plastic tools in the kit would require too much force in my opinion to push through the adhesive strips under the old battery. You need to cut through small sections at a time, so the thin blade narrow putty tool I had worked great, and no alcohol needed.Also, remember that the new battery comes nearly fully charged and will have voltage on two of the terminals that can deliver a lot of power if shorted. Pay attention to the sequence of removing the cables from the old battery shown in the video and then the sequence of attaching the cables from the new battery.There is one cable that has a metal bracket that goes over the cable and is held by two screws. That bracket shifted on me while I was attaching one of the screws and touched something that caused a spark. Nothing was damaged and the laptop powered up ok, but I was attaching the cables out of order from the video so this maybe why there was power on this cable.

Great instructions and very easy numbering system to follow. Installed the battery in around 45 mins. Laptop says battery is normal and in working condition.

This battery cut out on me before the year was up thought it would be a good one it was a good price but after the year went by warranty was up nothing much I could do except for buying another one which sucks but hey it save me in the moment

Hizo que fuera sencillo de reemplazarlo, normalmente le hago algunos ajustes yo mismo a mi Mac y esto hizo que fuera más sencillo ya que trae todas las herramientas 👌ðŸ¼Algo caro pero muy bueno. Tuve complicaciones con el flex y lo dañé, sugiero que si lo vas a hacer y no tienes experiencia en ello cómo yo, veas un tutorÃa y tengas mucho cuidado en utilizar lÃquidos. De igual manera debajo del trackpad hay un flex que puede pegarse un poco a la baterÃa y al moverlo con fuerza se quiebra o se daña.

The kit worked great for me by being patient and follow instructions and be delicate. Great YouTube instructional video helped.The removal of the center battery was hardest moment as the touch pad and keyboard connections are at risk of damage and I tried to be careful here, but I blame Apple design here.Good to know before buying is make sure to have some cleaning alcohol for cleaning up adhesives after removing old battery pack.

Da unser altes MacBook etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und der Akku so langsam seinen Lebensgeist aushauchte, mußte eine neue Energiequelle her. Mit diesem Akku haben wir rückblickend alles richtig gemacht. Nach dem Tausch lief alles wieder ohne lässtige Fehlermeldungen wie am ersten Tag.Zugegeben - der Tausch ist nichts für schwache Nerven. Doch mit der Youtube Anleitung "Akkutausch MacBook Pro 13'' (2017)" von KODIMAX und der beigelegten Papier- Support lief alles bestens.Fazit: Traut euch. Ihr werdet danach stolz auf euch sein. Dieser Akku jedenfalls ist top.

Producto y herramientas perfectas para hacer la reparación.Bateria en buen estado, recomiendo seguir el video, fue la primera vez en hacer una reparación y con el video no tuve dudas de como hacerlo. A través de los comentario de la valoración vi que hacia falta el liquido alcohol isopropilico, lo compre a parte y listo.Me costo despegar la baterÃa del soporte, es lo único que vi que fue mas costoso, seguro que no lo hice bien, errores de principiante.He probado 2 dÃas la baterÃa nueva y sin ningún problema, carga y aguanta un dÃa el ordenador encendido sin cargar.Me ha encantado la experiencia de hacer algo por primera vez y que sea tan sencillo de llevar a cabo.
