A great puller assembly for used to remove windshield wiper arm that performed well when needed to do the tasking. The weight and appearance of the puller assembly is easy to use.

I bought this mainly for the wiper arm puller. When I replaced the rear wiper arm on my car, I neglected to leave the old wiper blade on...this meant I ended up with things not aligned just right. The wiper arm puller made it easy to correct the problem.I've not had occasion to use the battery terminal puller but it looks nice and sturdy. The one I had before was rather wimpy.

Works but if you have a wiper arm that is rusty it would bend pretty easily

I bought these to remove rear wiper arm on a 2016 Ford Escape. Wiper puller star nut handle stripped in 30 seconds. Had to grap the pusher screw and unscrew it with vice grips, and the threads at the top of the screw where the handle was were rendered unusable as a result of this. Next I tried the 2 jaw wiper arm puller. The bearings deformed within 2 minutes. Bushing that puts pressure on the wiper arm fell off with 2nd application. Both tools ruined in less than 5 minutes. Ended up using dremel tool to cut/grind plastic washer arm off brass bushing, then grabbing bushing and just unscrewing the bushing off the spindle with vise-grip pliers. Don't waste your money on this cheap garbage.

These items work as described. Only have been used twice but will follow up as time and usage continues.
