I've only used the windshield wiper puller so far, but they both popped off with little effort.

This is a good little puller for small things. The quality control is horrendous. Mine were already corroded out of the box, and the machining on them is rough and have deformed fragments of metal sticking out, but still, they seem like they'll function as they describe. I had removed window wiper arms to replace them on another car several years back, and I remember removing them was a massive pain, this should make it easy.

I was trying to remove my wiper arm on my car. without this puller tool, it's just a nightmare. It was extremely difficult to remove the wiper arm from the car. With this tool, it makes my life so much easier. it makes the job 10x easier.Pros:- Great build quality- very versatile- comes with 2 different puller depends on what you need.- easy to useCons:- there wasn't anything to protect the tool inside box. it was all scratched up when I open it. Not a very big deal. Will I buy it again? Yes

It works good in terms of grabbing into the area at the base for the “pullâ€. I do with the thin “pin†that you need to turn to do the pull was a little more substantial. Or it could be something you could put a 1/4 inch socket on. If you have an arm that hasn’t been changed in years, even with moderate force it does get quite painful on the fingers.
