Bought this to upgrade our crawfish boiler. This is amazing, heats up quickly, maintains the temperature thru the boil. It can fits1 sack plus potatoes, sausage, corn. The base is very sturdy, and it roars when running. It has a small kickstand to help take it out of the water.

This is undoubtedly the best boiling pot set up I have personally owned. Straight forward quality hardware and works extremely well. Should have another star.

Have used 4 times so far and this works great. Gets water to a boil in about 30 minutes. The stainless steel looks great and is extremely easy to clean up afterwards. It took a couple uses for the hook on the bottom to loosen up to drain it easily but that's not unexpected. The only thing that I would like better is if the handles were a heavier gauge or made with a wider shape, to make lifting when full easier.

We purchased this for our brother's wedding shower, they wanted a huge shrimp/crayfish boil. We had it set up outside poolside, boiled our grub and spread it out on the table! The set up is easy and it worked with no issues! The pot is huge and I recommend purchasing a paddle/stir stick with it because it is so deep. We are using it for this years Halloween costume, planning on putting our 9 month old dressed as a lobster in it and putting him in the wagon, toting him around town dressed as chefs! LOL

We are Mainers. So we are obligated to do "lobster boils (or bakes)" when friends come to visit. This burner, pot, and straining pot are the best. Easily cooks 20 lobsters at a time, along with potatos, mussels, onions, sausage, and corn.Don't skimp on cheap turkey fryers when the enjoyment of your family and friends is on the line! This package is money well spent!

Did a low country boil for ten people. We ended up with twice as much food as needed and there was plenty of room for more food in the pot. The jet burner made QUICK work of bringing the pot to a boil! Expected 45 minutes to an hour to get to a boil but it seem like 10 minutes. It boiled faster than we could get everything together to toss into the pot. Its great!

The 82qt pot worked great for producing tomatoe sauce. You must add tomatoes to the pot in small enough quantities so that you can easily stir them to prevent scorching the pot bottom. The burner is the reason for the 4. The single burner orifice only heated one spot on the pot so it was vitally important for constant stirring. A yellow flame was produced at a lower temperature setting, which heavily sooted the pot bottom and required additional cleaning time. I found out that this system was meant to boil water after I received it, hence constant stirring is required for boiling anything other than water. I do recommend this system, just be aware of the stirring requirement.

Just recieved this the other day and put it together tonight, it is very well made and sturdy and has stainless hardware also. I have a 12 year old alumunum 60QT pot and wanted to add another but saw the combo deal for the 82qt stainless and jet burner and went ahead and got it. I will be having our big crawfish/shrimp boil next weekend and will let you know how it performs but right now I would definatly buy it again. With the 2 pots I should be able to easily do the 60# plus of shrimp, sausage,potato,corn.... I was trying to do it in the 60qt and a 30qt and always was to full
