These are the perfect size for fish and are easy to use. They are durable after soaking them. They look great on the plate.

We soak the cedar wraps in cheap bourbon for 20 minutes. Makes it easy to roll w/o breaking. Tie with string. Stand up chilled on platter for presentation / easy servingJust wish the price of the cedar wraps was more reasonable(Professional Chef in Alaska)

These sheets are a little thicker than than what I like. Also they are not as wide. I will not buy this again

We love to cook and try new things. We love fish and seafood and we love to grill. These cedar wraps were a new experience for us and we are always on the lookout to make a new dish. I soaked the wraps and twine for about 30 minutes while the salmon was thawing. I used individually quick frozen wild caught salmon for this meal. I dried the salmon then placed on top of the cedar wrap. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, lay two lemon slices on top, and a sprig of fresh dill. Then wrap and tie. Grill at 400° F for about 20 minutes. This was the juiciest, most flavorful piece of salmon I have ever had. Simply delicious!I do wish the wraps had been a little bit wider. As you can see in the pic, I could not completely close it over that piece of salmon but the other two were just the right size. It says you can cut them into 3 pieces to make a total of 30 pieces but that might only wrap one shrimp.Personally, I think the price is a little high for a single use product. That would prohibit me from using regularly. Instead they will be used for "special" meals. Now for the two of us, that may be a Wednesday evening meal to say I love you and we are almost through the week. We do have a smoker, charcoal, and gas grills so can have a smoky flavor whenever we want without having to buy specialty items like this. It's more about presentation than flavor with these wraps.Would I purchase again? Possibly

I put small cuts of salmon between two sheets. Worked great. I was worried it would stick so I put a little oil on the sheets, unnecessary. We don't eat shrimp a lot, but plan on making some for New Years. They will certainly look fancy and add some nice flavor. These are thinner almost paper like. I used them in the air fryer, turned out great.

I grilled some shrimp in these and the smoky/wood flavor actually came through. Make sure to read the directions and use as instructed because you might not get the same effect but love how my seafood tasted in combination with these on the grill. I skewered the shrimp and rolled them each in their own cedar wrap.

This seems like a gimmick. I tried shrimp and catfish in these, and I tasted absolutely zero difference with the ones cooked on silicone mesh right next to them. The one benefit that the cedar paper seems to provide is a tiny bit of insulation, which does make the food cook a bit more gently, but I can do that many other ways. And those ways don't cost $1.80 per serving.

I tried using these with large shrimp on the grill. I followed the package and it was fine but then the corners burned very quickly and I had to take them off the grill and put a little more water on the edges. But they did lend flavor to the shrimp.
