Your cart is empty. An effective method to prevent animals from rummaging through garbage and to prevent the lid of garbage cans from opening during strongly winds is to use auxiliary tools to fix the lid, ensuring that your garbage can remains safely closed even under turbulent conditions. Trash can lid locks are designed to solve this problem.

I live right by the woods/ forest so I get all types of animals from raccoons, deer, foxes etc. They were tipping my trash cans over every night until I purchased these. Now they know they can’t get them open, they don’t even bother coming near them now.I highly recommend this

These clips are easy to install and easy to use and they keep the raccoons out! No more mess in the yard! Highly recommend.

One of the straps came off, we think while the can was being emptied into the WM truck. But while we had use of it, the neighborhood bear wasn't able to get into our garbage and scatter it all over.

This product must have been created by a bear. It didn’t hold up one single second against a small black bear. The picture is from the first day I installed it. Unless your neighborhood bear has no paws or mouth, skip this.

We purchased this for our kitchen trash can because we could not keep our two Great Danes out of the trash can. They have been wonderful!!!!

as per another reviewer's photos, this mount is questionably bear proof. not all of us live in bear country. some of us have raccoons and smaller woodland critters. for the non-bears, this may do the trick, given that the height of your trash cans are tall enough, and the munching and fiddling of these straps might not be as much of a concern. time will tell.yes, these straps require drilling holes in and mounting screws. each is held by a buckle. the design has no problems itself, but the ability to fool the outdoor inhabitants may be dependent on the tenacious ability and general intellect of these creatures. bears can be quite intelligent. well, racoons, too.if you don't mind making holes in your trash cans and hoping for the best, feel free to try. i'm personally sticking to my no-drill bungees for now. 3 stars for doing the job with question marks on potential caveats.
