So, I had one of these blankets a couple years ago and it finally quit working. I tried to find another to replace it and no one was selling these. I have been using another brand since then and lamenting the loss. Other electric throws that I have used are not as soft, not as large, and not even close to heating up as much. I am currently snuggling with my 3-year-old with the blanket on high and am feeling totally warm and cozy. I don't know how long this one will last but I just bought a second one so that I won't be without again! Shipping was great! I ordered my blanket on 10/10 and received it on 10/13 with just the free standard shipping. Nothing but positives from me tonight.

This is not super cheap looking, and my aqua color is rich and beautiful. It’s also pretty soft. BUT the first one worked for a week and although the controller would turn on, the blanket stopped heating. Since it was still 30 days from purchase, I sent it back to Amazon and got a replacement. That one worked but if you want a super warm, this isn’t for you. Now, less than two months after I received the replacement, the controller still works but only a patch on the blanket, the size of my hand gets barely warm, the rest is worthless. Typical Amazon garbage that is complete waste of money and time.

Update: The warranty process was very simple to initiate, communication was good and a replacement was shipped quickly.Currently waiting on replacement which hopefully will last for years. Be sure to register purchase for warranty coverage.I love this heated throw blanket. I put it on top of my other blankets at night and stayed warm and slept great. On very cold days I moved it to the couch to stay warm without heating the whole house. It automatically turns off after 2 hours. I found this a little bit short for during the night but if I woke up cold I just turned it back on.The only negative is a big one. Less than two months after I received the blanket it stopped working. One night it just would not power on. I found reset instructions but it didn’t fix the issue. The return window for Amazon had ended about a week before it failed. I have filed a claim with the manufacturer warranty. Hopefully they will replace it before winter is over. I’m very sad and missing the warmth.

I received this electric throw in Indigo for Christmas in 2016 and was so sad today when I plugged it in and all three lights were blinking but it wouldn't turn on. I just placed an order for the same blanket since it lasted 7 years compared to the 2-3 years (or less) I see on reviews for other blankets. It is super soft and washable and looks as good today as it did when I first received it. It does have warm and cold spots but that seems common with electric throws.

It’s pretty and soft, but it didn’t last. Mine died after 6 months. I washed it every 5-6 weeks, on delicate, and low heat. It’s pretty and soft, but it didn’t last. :(

What can I say, it keeps me warm when it's cold outside. It's soft, the cats like it. It's winner in this household. Kind meh about how it turns off randomly but that's a safety thing.
