Fits 36mm axle on a honda civic

I ordered this for the rear axle of a Land Rover LR2. It fit perfectly. One thing to note, this one takes a 36mm socket to install. The old axle nut took a 32mm socket to remove. This is not an issue but I mention it so you can plan ahead with tools. I rented (for $0) a set of large sockets from a certain Auto parts store in my Zone that had both sizes.

It fits on Front Axle Nut, 36mm nut.Note:The Rear Axle Nut would smaller, 32mm.

A month ago I replaced the right wheel hub assembly on my 2007 Land Rover LR3 SE w/4.4 liter motor. Hub assembly was from Timken and I used this axle nut to secure the hub onto the axle. This axle nut was a perfect fit and has stayed secure and tight for about 500 miles of mixed city, backroads, and freeway driving.

The socket needed to tighten this is a 36 mm rather than the 32(stock normal size). It fits but you need to buy a new socket. The vehicle are used it was a Land Rover discovery3/ LR3
