It's water proof without the plastic feel. Good quality. It fits the twin mattress very nicely. Lots of elastic so it seems like it would hold strong even on an extra thick mattress.

Great material, not the "cheapy" kind..fits PERFECTLY on my 14" queen size pillow top mattress. Extremely soft, not the usual plastic-y, noisy kind. (NO CRINKLY NOISE AT ALL!) Makes your mattress feel like new again!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This mattress cover fits very well and looks nice. Doesn’t seem like a waterproof cover which is good. Very happy with it and a good price.

Gives mattress bare feel, breathable, not hot, not cold, protects top of mattress not sides sos spills on the edge might go through, haven’t rested it’s waterproof ness but the inner part is exactly the same as the last mattress protector mattress firm was selling for over $100

Yes, very happy with this purchase! Good quality and deep pockets fit my queen size mattress, perfectly. Even though this is a waterproof mattress cover, there is no crunching sound. I would absolutely recommend this product!

Good waterproof plastic? material on the underside, soft breathable fabric on top. Very satisfied with the quality, better than I expected for the price- it was on sale; worth more than I paid for it. Easy to install. Good elastic casing.
