I bought the chrome And they look beautiful with my chrome base chair, Very sturdy!!! The only problem is the pads on the bottom are not rubber so they can be a bit slippery on a hard floor. Strongly worded worded emails. It works for me because my chair goes on carpet.

had chair with castors . it always rolled away from me . Once when sitting down it slipped out from underneath me. I went down . After that castors went in trash .these work well

These are fantastic if you are short and don’t absolutely have to have wheels. Understand that I get the virtues of wheels, but being able to alleviate the core and back or leg tension with proper height is huge.

Honestly I don't know what I was thinking buying these. I can't level out my chair with them on (Herman Miller Aeron) and when I tried to move my chair I ended up gouging the wood floor pretty badly, leaving a long & deep 3" scratch in the floor (it's a heavy chair when it can't roll). Immediately removed these casters and binned em before buying better stationary casters.

They work perfectly and fit nicely. They will likely make your chair lower to the ground compared to the wheels so check to make sure you won’t have a conflict with the chair piston or anything else on the lower frame contacting the ground with this reduced height.

I didn’t use these to lower my chair but rather a bed frame as the mattress was to high. Remove the casters and installed these worked great. If you want to lower your bed by about 2†this will do it
