This is the same quality part as I would expect from a retail parts store.The only difference is that this tensioner is in a plain generic cardboard box and thiers have brand name labels.The pulley is hard plastic.No complaints, it fits and works fine.I Hope My Review And Pictures Were Helpful To You !!
