I had to modify the tensioner so that it would function properly. It’s a press fit, and it came apart, so I cut a groove into it and put a snap ring on the end of it.

Didn't want to pay almost 200 dollars at the auto parts found this one here and installed it myself. No issues with fitment of the belt or the pulley! Works perfectly. Doesn't have any bearing noise or belt squick. Install took about 35 min if you know what you are doing. Very nice deal.

My 02 silverado tensioner was screeching intermittently...Easy install (if you're mechanically inclined) .The tensioner and belt have only been on for a few months but my AC works well and the tensioner/belt is quiet.Don't know about longevity but for the price I'm very happy!
