These are not a bad back-up pad,but are falsely advertised.The pictures for these and most of the benchmark abrasives back-up pads show a quantity of 2,but You will only get one.I also ordered some other comparable pads,that also showed two,and actually received two,for under $10.00.

Benchmark Abrasives 3" R-Type Disc Pad Holder Quick Change Mandrel, with 1/4-inch Shank broke only after a few minutes of use. Will not buy again. You get what you pay for.

I can only give this 2 stars as the surface where the sanding disk mounts is very wavy. It holds the sanding disk fine as it should but I would not buy again due to the wavy mounting surface. Hard to do quality work with junk tools.
