Wonder if Benebone is right for your dog? Here’s what you need to know. Since it’s hard, it’s important that your pup has strong teeth. If you’re unsure, check with your vet. Nobody likes an unexpected trip to the dentist. Keep an eye out for wear and tear. Within a month or so, we find that most dogs chew Benebone into submission. See the wear page on our website for helpful photos to determine when to replace yours. Keep away from households with peanut or other allergies.

These are fantastic little chews and are easy to keep clean. Great value for money and kept my little girl for busy for hours on end before having to buy new ones. The only downside is my little girl is now a goofy 75lb ball of energy, but still wants these as opposed to the big dog versions that Benebone also makes. I wish they made these puppy varieties in a larger and thicker version.

My puppy loves these things and I love how long they've lasted. They keep her busy for about 20 mins at a time. I've purchased many chew toys that are marketed for aggressive chewers but these are the only ones still standing after 2ish weeks. She prefers the other one so it's a bit more chewed up than the wishbone shaped one.I like these a lot because they're safe enough for her puppy teeth but durable enough to not fall apart immediately. They're fairly light and easy for her to hold in place with her paws.I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because these are NOT EDIBLE. You must keep an eye on your very aggressive chewers because they will manage to chew small pieces of it off.

I gave our 4 month old puppy the 3 wishbone shaped one and she loves it. It holds her attention longer than any other toy and is a great distraction from trying to chew other things in the house. It’s holding up well to how much she chews on it. I have never noticed any smell from it. I would say it’s appropriate for light to medium chewing for puppies as advertised

We have two 1.5 year old pups and they LOVE these things. No matter how many shoes, stuffies, or other toys are available for them to chew on, they always come back to these. At all times, we have half a dozen of these laying about the house in various states of consumption. It's entertaining to watch the dogs trade off and swap which version they are chewing on. I believe these have help reduce the amount of stuff they dogs have chewed on that they should not chew on. They would just rather chomp on these things. I love that these don't leave residue on the carpet, they don't break big chunks off that the dog can yak on, and they don't stink, even when they have been munched on for awhile. Just watch out for when they get small enough that your doggo might try to swallow it. Benebone has a return program where they say they will recycle them into new chewies. We haven't used that service and prefer to just toss them in the trash when they are too small.The only negative is that they can get a bit sharp on the sides and from time to time the dog will sit next to you and dig the sharp edge into your leg or foot while they are working the other side of the toy. They are also quite surprising to step on in the middle of the night.

Product is as described. However it is way too soft for my dog. I know it says it's for puppies, but I thought it would be suitable for my 3.8kg adult toy poodle. He just chewed through it in a whizz and it breaks off into pieces. Choking hazard. Had to remove immediately.
