I have always liked Fireline, but I did learn a long time ago that you need to put some monofilament line on the reel first and tie to that or it will spin on the reel!

Fire line is thin, easy to work with and strong for bracelets and necklaces that use small beads. I like that I can get it on Amazon instead of going to Walmart (fishing dept) because Walmart doesn’t always have it.

Your mileage may vary but I haven’t been very pleased with the line. I’m using the smoke color and it left a back/gray residue all my hands whenever I handled it (and it feels gritty, like it’s covered in dust). I don’t like the way it let out or cast. It’s pretty strong line (as is all braid) but there’s a number of other lines that I would use over this one (and are cheaper).
