I live in Puerto Rico, so there’s very few things that they will ship here. A lot of companies do not have sales tax agreements with Puerto Rico. Nor do they want to pay the extra amount of shipping cost because of the weight to ship here.I gotta tell you. After opening the box. Seeing the quality. Seeing how heavy duty. And I used it to break up some concrete on my back patio. I gotta tell you dollar for dollar pound per pound, and they should’ve charged twice as much.It’s just that nice. So if you’re looking for a jackhammer at a great price, don’t look any further.Now I’m sure this isn’t something that if you’re a commercial company you could probably use every day at 365 days a year. Only because I haven’t used it that much. But this will be worth every single dime that you paid for it. I’ve used it six times now and wow, it does not let me down.

I needed to break up some ledge to install a footing and this did the job. I then went around my yard breaking up exposed ledge which my lawnmower would hit. This is a great tool and works well. Not quite a commercial machine but it certainly will handle anything that a small contractor would throw at it.Fast customer support. I am impressed and I would buy again.

Used it to dig holes for fence posts. Dug right through limestone, faster than expected.

4 stars only because the case was a little cheesy but it did the work at a reasonable price. Homeowner use but might not be the best for professional daily use...(but you pro's out there already knew that)

I can truly so that the Jack Hammer work beyond my expectation. Where I live in Jamaica it is a hilly terrain and we use it to drill down and flatting the hilling area for building. I can say you can go ahead and buy the Jack Hammer it work that is why I took so long to a write a review over 7 months. One thing that was change was the brush in it and it was good to go thank God for that.

I recently bought the Berserkers 1700 w. 30lb demolition hammer for digging post holes thru cap rock on my property in the Florida keys. Right out of the case you could tell this was a quality tool. The case came in perfect condition but could be a little more stout. Much better than I thought it would be considering other reviews I had read. I chose this tool because it was only30lbs compared to others at 45-60. After getting a technique down it chipped thru the rock pretty quickly and I was left with very nice 24†post holes. I’m a retired DIY’er so I can’t speak about its durability but at the price it’s well worth it.

Great tool for the price. I used it to break out an old, hand built septic tank. it worked well for 8 hours a day for 3 days. I definitely was not easy on it, and it stood up to the abuse. I recommend this tool.
