This is a great rolling book cart. The assembly was easy. Everything aligns correctly, and the steel is well designed to provide a rigid build. Even after filing all three shelves with heavy books, you can roll the cart and the product remains rigid. The shelves are manufactured at right angles, so when you assemble it, there is support on the bottom of each shelf for the books, and the back of the shelf goes up behind the books, making the contruction remain firm, no matter which way you roll it. Each shelf has at least 7 screws, so it is bolted to the sides and on the back. The castors are easy to insert, and they have a lock on the wheels, so that you can prevent it from moving once you get the cart to its destination.I had a problem when trying to assemble one of the wheels to the leg: I contacted their customer support, and they were very helpful and prompt in responding. They even sent me an extra wheel - free of charge - , just in case I could not get it to work. The customer service with this merchant is absolutely fantastic.I plan to purchase another cart from this vendor. It makes for a really professional looking library.

This just arrived a full three weeks before first projected delivery date and less than a week after order placed. Thank you. Kudos.However, one part wan not wrapped in that protective styrofoam fabric stuff and the top (handle) of the side piece is all scratched up.It is quite heavy, appears to be a quality piece that will serve for many years. I believe the reviews indicating it was difficult to assemble. I'm guessing assembly will most efficiently occur with two people - the pieces are heavy.I have phoned and written to customer service related to the damaged piece. I look forward to resolution and adding more information and stars to this review. Stay tuned.Addendum: My issue was rapidly resolved. Customer service was very responsive. Even though I did not have a huge problem they promptly solved the issue. I would definitely purchase from them again. I love this cart!

I tried two different times to order a library cart. Ended up filing fraud charges. This company provided what I wanted in a timely manner. Cost a little more than previous two, but more reasonable than many others.I recommend unless you want one in mint condition. Thin foam doesn't protect shelves during shipping. Paint under shelves thin in many places. Dents and scrapes in places.Very sturdy, but takes time to assemble, especially when you do it alone.Since I use it for my 40 years of genealogy research, I am not bothered by fact it looks like it been used for a few years.

It's a sturdy cart and easy to put together. But it has a nasty (and sharp) bend in it and lots of places had scratched paint. I can't send it back because work needs it right now. But yeah... We aren't too happy with the big bend in it.

Beautiful, sturdy, and exactly what I wanted to store art supplies in my studio. There were instructions, in the small box with the wheels and bolts. These were sketchy. The hardest part of assembly was the physical strength required to align the holes; could have used three hands. You will also need a thin metal 3/4 inch open hex wrench to tighten the casters (not included).

The cart was a nice addition to our library. However, it arrived scratched and warped at the handles. I don't know whether it was packaged like that or whether the damage occurred during shipping, but it was disappointing to see. We didn't even notice until we had already put it together, so it was too late to put it back in the box.

I love this shelf. I took it to my church to hold Bibles for my class. It works great. Very sturdy. A great value.
