The newly developed TESLA.45 driver (30 ohms) offers excellent resolution, low distortion and precise reproduction across the entire frequency range. Compared to the previous model, the slightly reduced highs offer a high level of information while helping to avoid incorrect decisions in the mix. With an impedance of 30 ohms, the DT 1990 PRO MKII offers maximum flexibility and delivers studio sound to various devices.
Reference-setting scope of delivery
In addition to the professional studio headphones DT 1990 PRO MKII, the scope of delivery includes two sets of ear pads (Producing Velours and Mixing & Mastering Velours), a 3m stretched cable, a 5m spiral cable, a high-quality hard case and instructions.

Exceptional headphones. Plenty loud without an amplifier on a laptop or desktop. Fabulous quality and clarity. I am no sound engineer but if these get lost I will be buying more.

This one is better than original, sound is fuller more dynamic. Separation is better, soundstage is better. Better fitting too I have both these and original these are best headphones for crystal clear sound. I tried 10 other headphones from 2k price to 200 dollars and 1990 tops them all.

Fantastic headphones. Very comfortable. Great for both music and gaming. Low impedance so you wont need an external amp to drive them. Overall, steep price but very happy with purchase.

for studio user or commercial use. and no i am not talking to gamers and audiophile. you gotta be out of your mind thinking this is a gaming or audiophile headphone. this headphone is for commercial studio mix and mastering use. this headphone is design to listen to mistakes, unwanted sound so to fix and ajust. i do a lot of video editing and background music. i needed this headphone to guide me through what is needed to be cut out of the video. i tried the sennheiser hd490 pro but this beyerydynamic is just what i wanted. the sibilant part to bring out the treble foward for me to see the mistakes. its also made in german build like a tank. its meant to be drop a millions of times without being destroyed. its meant to be comfortable easy to use. especially the bungy cable that came with its so convenient. even though its an open back i also purchased myself the dt1770 to use when i do not want any surround music leaks to me while editing. great job. both mk1 and mk2 are good.

Bereits die "alte" Version des DT 1990 Pro ist ein hervorragender Kopfhörer mit einem sehr guten Lieferumfang (zweites Paar Ohrpolster, 2 Kabelvarianten, großes Case). Ich kann nach einem direkten Vergleich (ohne Einspielphase des MKII - sofern das überhaupt eine Rolle spielt) bestätigen , dass der neue 1990 Pro MKII in der Summe tatsächlich etwas besser ist. Der Klang ist minimal angenehmer, die Höhen sind etwas besser und angenehmer präsent. Insgesamt sind beide Varianten MKI und MKII vergleichsweise etwas höhenbetonter abgestimmt. Der Amiron Home ist etwas mittenbetonter, die Höhen leicht gedämpfter, der Bass und Tieftonbereich sind beim 1990 pro MKI und MKII sowie Amiron Home sehr gut ausgeprägt. Was beim MKII auffällt sind die etwas weicheren Ohrpolster, das Kopfbügelpolster scheint geringfügig fester zu sein. Der Tragekomfort inkl. Anpressdruck sind genau richtig und angenehm und erlauben langes Tragen. Meiner Meinung nach lohnt es sich aber nicht, den 1990 pro MKII zusätzlich zu kaufen, wenn man den 1990 pro MKI bereits besitzt (ich habe ihn trotzdem gekauft). Insgesamt ist der 1990 Pro MKII wegen seines hervorragenden Klangs und der wunderbaren Verarbeitungs- und Materialqualität plus Lieferumfang absolut empfehlenswert.

Even right out the box these are fantastically clear without overly boosting the high end. Massive improvement over my 990s and 770s. From a gaming perspective, the sound staging is incredible allowing me to hear more accurately where enemies are in FPS games and more distinction between different SFX that conveys information to me. From a music production, mixing and mastering perspective, they required a bit more balancing through EQ (I use Equaliser APO on windows with recommended settings from online) just to flatten them a bit. Most notable thing I picked up is how clear my reverb sounded in mixes and easier to hear where clarity issues in my mix were. I can't really compare these to the MK1s since I never owned a pair however the general consensus online is clearer high end details without just increasing volume

de geluid is goed voor streaming and gaming en ook voor film en muziek luisteren. dit waren goed nadeel was de kabel die aangesloten is op headset is lastig om te bewegen. en de doos van headset is beschadigd.

Wer teure Bluetooth ANC Kopfhörer verwendet ist schon ordentlichen Sound gewohnt, aber die ungefilterte Klarheit von diesen offenen Kopfhörern und das Stereoabbild ist doch etwas anderes. Natürlich sollte man ein ruhiges Plätzchen finden, um den Kopfhörer wirklich zu genießen, aber dann ist er wirklich ein Traum. Man ist nicht im "ANC-Tunnel" sondern hört einfach Musik im Raum. Die Kopfhörer sind einfach für unterschiedliche Zwecke ausgelegt und jeder hat seinen Einsatzzweck.
