Review for Bicycle Fender Set, Adjustable Fender Set, Front and Rear Fenders, Quick Release Attachment, Widened and Thickened for Mountain Bike, City Bike 20-26 Inch Wheel Protection FendersThe build quality is pretty cheap, there's lots of imperfections in the molding and even the plastic adjustment screws. Neither fender is straight they are slightly off and crooked, the rear is worse, it could do with a metal support to hold it wider or allow you to spread them 'open' more which is what I plan to add to it.The front fender comes with a bolt that's just too short for a front fork.They look great, if they were straight that would be better.I will be replacing some of the hardware with some hex head bolts so they aren't so easy to take off and possibly steal., maybe some other hardware or mounting options. I'm mainly thinking of the front fender being held on through my old brake hardware with just a 3" piece of 90' metal and a nut.Due to the cheap price and simplicity of installation they are worth trying and the reason I don't rate it lower, if they up and fall apart I'll edit this review. I think worst case I might need to reinforce the mounting ends with with some epoxy or metal flashing etc but it adds protection from water/mud being flung for cheap.

This will last you like 20-30 rough trail bike rides. I’m on my second set now. While they’re intact, they work fine, but it’s just a matter of time before the plastic snaps again.

I'm a daily commuter, and I should have gotten a set of fenders long ago. This set is lightweight, yet durable. The rear fender mounts on the seat post, albeit with some challenges. The mounting bracket includes a two-piece inner liner that I fit around my post first, and then formed the bracket around that and tightened everything up. The bracket mounts with a phillips head screwdriver.The rear fender has two adjustable joints that allow you to set the fender as near or far from your tire as you please. The knobs hold the fender tightly in place once you've adjusted to a satisfactory position. My frame included mounting holes for a fender, but it does not appear that the rear fender can be mounted directly to the frame. Thankfully, I'm tall, since my post already is occupied by a tail light. I don't know that the mounting bracket is big enough to fit around a frame. It's post mounting or nothing.The front fender must be bolted to your frame. The nut and bolt that comes with the fender was too large to fit the pre-cut hole in my fork (Trek FX1, a pretty common ride). Would have been nice if the fender came with a few bolts to ensure that mounting could be completed. I think I have a few spare bolts that may suffice, but you might also want a washer to protect the bike's finish or to avoid slippage or a lock nut to prevent loosening of the bolt.The rear fender was the primary need, but it would be more satisfying if the entire setup could have been installed in one go.

The slightest tap from the side on the back fender causes it to snap because the hinge is cheap plastic. They are so lightly made but they are attached to metal so they snap off of it very easily. The teeth on the hinge also break from any amount of mountain biking and finally they are too short to effectively block mud. All in all they did nothing I wanted them to and would not recommend.

Its good, you will probably love it. I just wish it were a bit better.First off, it was missing a nut, so I had to run up to my local (H)ardware (D)ept store and pick up a metric sized nylon locknut for the rear. Then, after attaching it, and thinking I had it tight enough, the fit was apparently still too loose, and the fender began moving from side to side on my first ride. Because the design requires a screwdriver, which I didn't have on my ride, I ended up listening to it rubbing against the tire on the ride home. Functionally speaking, making all attachment fasteners useable by hand would be my recommendation for the manufacturer.Once past that, it went on another ride, and the fender performed superbly - went through a number of puddles and was back/butt streak free! ;) They don't look bad either.

I like the look of these fenders after I got them put on the bike really well. They seem to be pretty decent quality for the price and fit very well, with fairly easy installation. they seem like they should be fairly durable and will help keep the mud off of me and my bikes motor.
