Quite a bit of the hardware came in relatively good quality with only the rag joint hardware needing an upgrade. The speedometer broke immediately on installation. I'm sure on a specific bike it may work great but as for a huffy Cranbrook it won't fit at least without modification and even then like I said it broke after the first two wheel spins. You may have better luck than me. Other than that it's been a reliable little kit that I'm also able to have fun with. It's great on gas getting about 30 miles out the stock tank. I weight 210 pounds with 2 moderate hills so in my book it does well. Break in went without issue. There's not much to say bad honestly I'm pretty happy with my kit and I will be buying another when I start my next project. Please note I have been dailying this motor kit on my bike and have put about 250 miles on it with no major failure other then the chain falling off a few times. It has been through rain, light snow and shine and has done well as far as affordable transportation/ fun goes. I will update with photos of my bike when the weather is a bit nicer so I can give you guys quality photos.

Easily the worst kit I’ve purchased, missing dozens of bolts, exhaust head is bent out of the box making it unusable, washers don’t fit, front motor mount bracket is stuck on and won’t come off without cutting. Awful. No refund policy, no return policy, trash

I bought this knowing that it wasn't going to last from watching the youtube videos that you all have probably watched already. The bike worked great, but the threadlock that I also got never took on this bike. I don't know if its something with the metal, but the bike ended up falling apart mid ride, and I had to walk it home. It has stayed in the shed since. Very cool project, and I would recommend if your looking for a cool engineering project to do over a weekend!!

i bought it hoping for it too be reliable and work for about a year or two too get my places and once i got it i put it all together pretty easy ans striaght forward i got it running and i put around 10 km on it the chain exploded and so i had a spare one and replaced it and then after another mabye 20 km that one exploded so i bought a new one and adujusted the mount and then after i got the new chain it worked good but after mabye 60 km it woudnt start after i shut it off and i checked spark i got minimal spark but good enough then i cleaned the carb really good and clean then i tried and nothing happened again so i bought a new carb and tried that just today and still nothing it will start sometimes and run then die and also the spedometer cable broke so its not working and also the fuel filter leaks. if anyone else had this problem pls help. Update it was the cod and stator that was bad and after replacing that I found out the sprocket was bad so I had to get a new sprocket assembly and also the chain tensioner sloped and messed up my wheel and other things so far I had too buy a new cdi and stator and also had too get a new carburetor and a new sprocket and a new chain and a new rear wheel tire and tube and a new speedo. My advice is buy something else!

The 80cc Bicycle Motor Kit is a fantastic way for teens and young adults to experience a newfound sense of freedom and independence. Designed to fit most 26†or 28†V-frame bikes, this 2-stroke petrol engine transforms a standard bicycle into a motorized ride, allowing users to travel longer distances with ease while still enjoying the flexibility of cycling. For young riders, this kit provides an affordable alternative to a car or scooter. It offers the convenience of motorized travel without the need for a driver’s license, insurance, or high fuel costs. Whether commuting to school, work, or just exploring the neighborhood, it grants a level of autonomy that traditional bikes lack. The engine can reach speeds of around 25-40 mph, making it a great option for those who want a bit of speed without the commitment of a full motorcycle.Beyond urban areas, this kit is also ideal for locations where a car isn’t necessary. In beach towns, college campuses, or small communities, having a motorized bike reduces reliance on public transportation while still being compact and eco-friendly. The pedal-assist option means users can switch between manual and motorized riding, perfect for conserving fuel or getting a quick workout.Overall, this bicycle motor kit is a game-changer for teens, students, and city dwellers alike. It combines affordability, efficiency, and fun, making everyday travel more exciting while offering a genuine sense of freedom and mobility.

The packaging was really nice, has everything you need to install. I would say buy your own fuel lines, magneto and tensioner. The motor won't start, I have changed the CDI magneto, spark plug and carburetor. The engine won't fire up, I purchased a 12 volt magneto, let's see if that helps. I tried reaching out to the seller, but they haven't reached back out. Let's see what happens..... I'll update once I figure this hot mess
