Works as should but be sure to use these with toddlers and not bigger/heavier kids

We purchased the training wheels for our son who wants to ride a 20 inch bike but is not quite ready to balance on his own. These are perfect for him right now. The training wheels were easy to install and sturdy enough for him to learn that he shouldn't rely on them all the time and that he needs to learn to balance. Overall, a good purchase. It came quickly and well packaged!

Pros:-Easy to installCons:-No instructions in the box, had to refer to the images here on Amazon-Only had enough washers for 1 wheel in the box-you get 2 flimsy metal wrenches to try to assemble the wheels, you need some proper tools to assemble this effectivelyOverall: It does the job. It fits properly on the kiddie bike I attached them to. However, I was missing some washers when I received this (there are supposed to be 2 washers for each wheel, I only received enough washers for 1 wheel so I had to improvise).

For starters this wasn’t entirely easy to install but once we got it on we figured it was ok. We purchased a 20inch for my daughter who’s still not 100% comfortable riding without training wheels. Well, she took off with all of her confidence and ended up on the floor because the training wheels completely bent and fell apart (& yes they were tightened and secure, well as tight and secure as we could make it). This did not work for us at all.If you have a 20 inch bike and are thinking of purchasing this, I’d advice against it. Not secure for bigger bikes at all.Good luck.

Installed these on my son's new 20" bike. These are similar to Rollerblade wheels and, I have to say, I like these a lot better than the standard plastic wheels. They are quiet and roll smoothly. I'm not as big a fan of the mounting hardware that attaches to the rear of the bike. However, it does seem to do the job and holds the wheels in place once installed. Overall, I have to say I'm pleased with the wheels.UPDATE: Tonight while we were riding, my son mentioned his bike was getting hard to pedal. We noticed his right wheel was starting to wobble a little and was showing excessive wear. We stopped so i could check the wheel, the nut holding the wheel on seemed tight. By this time we were almost home so we thought we'd continue on for the next block and take a closer look at home. Right after we got going again, the wheel suddenly came off and my son son ended up crashing his bike. Fortunately he wasn't hurt. It looks like the wheel bearing just came apart, the nut is still tight and secure. While I still like this style of wheel, I now question the quality of the bearings. If we decide to try this style of wheel again, I'd probably consider placing a large flat washer on the outside of the wheel to help keep it on should the bearing fall apart again.UPDATE #2: I attempted to contact the seller to inquire about any warranty the wheels might have. They promptly replied and kindly offered to send a new set.

My little dude was happy and couldn't wait 'til I was done installing these. We used these for good couple of months and then slowly got him to a balance bike for few weeks when we noticed the training wheels were barely touching the ground sometimes. Now he's good riding without, just need to work on our confidence part. These are sturdy and functional with a bonus bell.

This fit my preschooler's bike very well, and has been stable. It was fairly easy to install, though the instructions were drawn in a way that did not make the orientation of one part immediately obvious. However, I was able to put them on fairly quickly with only a little effort, and it may be that the orientation of that part doesn't matter.

Got these to renew my seconds sons bike for his little brother, these were tedious to assemble. They didn’t come with instructions so you kinda have to figure it out all alone. I had to Google/ YouTube instructions. So after finally figuring out, these do not stay put. They get loose, thus making the bike so wobbly. I definitely don’t recommend them.
