I tried a few door stoppers for a door that has quite a big gap at the bottom, trying to prevent people from swinging the front door into a piece of furniture. In most cases, the wedges would move along with the door. These wedges work well; even with a pretty good push, they move only a couple of inches at most and then stop, solving my problem.

Living by the beach, the summer breeze can come howling through my home causing doors to SLAM with such force that the house shakes. I have bought so many door stops, door stoppers, hinge locks, and “decorative†masses to try to get my doors to not slam. Nothing has worked except for the hook and hole method (requires drilling into the floor) until this. These are huge, stay put and stop the doors from slamming. Worth every penny.

The two door stoppers I received were much smaller than described in listing. Both put together were about the size each one should have been. Way too small for what I needed!

This is just a normal size doorstop. It is not a large doorstop and it is much smaller than the measurements listed on the description. Pure misleading advertising.

miniscule doorstoppers, the specs said inches, more like centimetres. Returned this item.
