I ordered this product in the 73-78†size. I followed their instructions exactly. My Bimini was just under 77†at the widest point so I expected a nice snug fit. The product that arrived was 76†long lying flat on the floor. Not sure how they ever expect a 76†boot to cover a 78†Bimini. The only important thing about this simple product is that it fits and they completely messed up the sizing. I would like to order the next size up but I have no idea how big it will actually be. I will also have to pay again and hope for a refund on the first one. Otherwise the product was okay. They did paste a very ugly KNOX logo on it but if they hadn’t failed on the sizing I would probably give 3 stars because the price matched the cheap nature of the products look and feel. UPDATE: Seller has agreed to send the appropriate size free of cost after viewing photos of my installation. 4 starts for the customer service. The product itself is still relatively cheap but the price reflects the quality. We will see how long it lasts.
