I love this vacuum. I’m a bit obsessive about how clean the floors are so I always vacuum daily and it’s not unusual for me to vacuum twice a day. With two teens who play baseball, two dogs, and all the sand coming from the beach this vacuum has held up well to my abuse. The cord retraction works amazing, which I have had fail quickly in other vacuums. It is remarkably easy to clean out and I have yet to get it plugged. I am not the type of person who will put a lot of effort into keeping a vacuum maintained to keep it longer, I just use them until they break and then replace and I’ve been impressed by the sturdiness and I am very hard on this dirt sucker.

We gave 4 corgis so that's lots of hair! This vacuum is very powerful. I feel it sucks up more hair than any vacuum I've every had! Also easy to move around and to switch to use the different tools. Love the easy-to-use dump dirt tank. Good value for the money

Great suction power without "eating" the carpet as did the alternate we tried because the Bissell has height adjustment. Easy to dump the dirt container and wash all the parts. Nozzle and attachments are convenient and pet roller is very effective. Only negatives are lack of a light, and also the base is not heavy enough to keep the body upright while using the nozzle and hose. Need to park it next to furniture to prevent it from falling over while hose is in use each time.

Me and my wife live in a house with two golden retrievers along with carpet in each bed room. We used this vacuum about 6 times total… everytime I use this vacuum I have to completely take it apart to clean the dog hair in order to prevent burning smell. I have already gone through 2 belts…. I have used this vacuum 6 times total… horrible product.
