My Bissel Mop arrived on time. I LOVE this mop. I am a clean freak. I love cleaning equipment that makes any cleaning job easier. This is the best steam Mop I have ever used and I have bought 2 different types of Shark steam Mop from Target , 2 different types of Hoover steam mops and an Oreck steam Mop online. This particular Bissel steam Mop, steam cleans the floors better than any of them, it is so easy to use. I didn't find the water cap on the Mop to be flimsy as other reviews have said. I like the clean but not overpowering scent from the scent disks that you insert inside of the Mop too. I bought this model because you can use it as a hand held steam cleaner for counter tops, etc. The steam coming out of this as a floor Mop is more powerful and better evenly distributed than the other models I have used in the past, including as a hand held steamer too. The long cord can be awkward at times as a hand held steam cleaner, but I prefer the longer cord, you don't have to keep plugging it into different outlets as you move around the room you are cleaning. It is so light and easy to lift as a Mop or hand held. I have linoleum floors throughout 1/2 of my home, the linoleum is made to look like wood floor panels and although it produces a strong current of steam and really cleans the floor, it does not damage the linoleum.

This is not our first one. We had to give our older one away when we moved across the ocean, because we couldn’t find a box, but we love the floor cleaner, mostly because we do not have to use any cleaning products, but also because it does a GREAT job. We have several “Mopheads†so if the floor was extra dirty, we can go over it more than once or twice.

I am, overall, very happy with my new Bissell Steam Mop. I knew I was going to go through pads quickly (hello? Large family and a menagerie of pets!) so I decided to order extra mop pads from the start. I like the one with the scrubbing zig zags even more (see above) but they both are functional for my needs.Several little observations/ irritations, though: First, those little scent discs are nice enough, but they are largely pointless if you have frequent messes and clean-ups. The first wash, the scent is gone and they are crumbly. I tried to pull them out before washing, but it really is a "once it goes in, it won't come out" type things... unless, of course, you are ok trying to shove back 4 pieces. Secondly, the Microban part might be good for those who just do a lot of little touch-ups, but for me and my crew, the pads are a one and done type deal. Once I do the floor, the pad is so soiled that I have to take it off and wash it. I doubt that the Microban is going to survive the bleach washes that I subject them too, but trust me, it's for the best. Finally, some of the pads want to roll under the cleaner at the front when you push the mop forward on the floor. I found that most annoying. I get the point of the easy off tab to keep your hands clean, but I would like it to stay ON the mop until I'm done with the floor.

Bissell is no 1 for me. This is my second unit. It's great on laminate, tile, now vinyl. Not heavy,heats up quick. Pads are well made.

Everything I expected, Love them. Do a great job cleaning with the steam cleaner. Scent disks are a nice touch and make the rooms smell fragrant while using, but not necessary. the cleaning pads launder nicely when needed. I highly recommend the Bissell replacement pads

Great product. Didn't know our floors were this dirty as we clean them weekly and have no children or pets to contend with. Steam mop absolutely cleans, leaving our hardwood and tile floors looking like new. No streaks and the best part is I can clean all our floors in about 15 minutes whereas I spent at least a hour or more in the past. I endorse this product fully. I found I needed an extra set of cleaning pads though as they get dirty quickly and when that happens you begin to get streaks. Scent tablets are great and you can use a half tablet which will last three or four cleanings if removed from mop when done and sealed in a zip loc.
