These are triangular needles with 3 sides, 3 edges allowing you to felt quicker and more efficiently. All felting needles are thin and by their very nature can be fragile if used too aggressively. In order to prevent breakage, it is a good ideal to use forward and backward movement for best results. Avoid side to side movement as you needle felt. We have found there is higher demand for needle felter’s buying in bulk.

These don’t even make it through my wool. It’s like I’m stabbing it with a sewing needle instead. Waste of my money.

This is a great gauge needle needed for a project. I was using a finer, more delicate gauge and broke every needle. These do not break if used properly.

They work for needle felting, but they are definitely not the best option out there. They don’t hold up very well and aren’t very good for felting.

I give these to my students when I teach felting classes and for about 80% of my own needle felting. Good value for a medium gauge needle in bulk. Have repurchased several times now.
