BK has really out did themselves with this meter. It works just fine and is easy to calibrate. It did not take very long to figure out what all the buttons did. I really think it was worth the money as it paid for its self quickly the first week just testing capacitors alone.If you are looking for a nice well made easy to use LCR meter, this is it. I am happy with this purchase.

This meter is getting a work out since I do a lot of testing for component failures such as leaky caps and inducts as well as resistance. It never failed me to pin point out the bad parts that were once difficult to find. Now this makes it a cinch and in less time. Grest meter does what its suppose to do..

I like the unit, but it broke down on me after 1.5 years of use. Lucky it has a 3-year warrantee. But, it makes me wonder about the durability of the product. Also it took almost 3-weeks before the service dept returned the unit back to me after repairs were made. But, I like the unit, it's easy to use and seems to be accurate. Would I recommend it.... I suppose I will. However, check with me in another 1.5 years.

I use this to test flyback transformers. I find the results are accurate compared to much more expensive bench meters. It comes with an AC adapter and test leads. The manual is excellent. The industrial design is elegant and so easy to use. The display is clean and easy to read. Make sure you order with the LC29B case.

This was a good meter while it lasted. No, it doesn't have the 100 KHz frequency some would like but it was pretty accurate and easy to use. Why just one star? The meter died just a few days after I started using it and it gives an error code indicating that the SMD fuse is blown. This happened after measuring a large capacitor (which had been shorted out first). I replaced that which was not hard to do but the error remains. B&K indicates that the meter was damaged by me and has to be sent in for service at a cost that makes me question if I want to throw more money at it. My advice is to just stay away from this, it seems to easily damaged. What seemed like a good value could end up costing as much as the more capable Keysight meter I should have bought in the first place.

This meter does not give accurate capacitor readings on capacitors above 30uf a 100uf,330uf and 470uf all read 20+ uf lower when compared to my Sencore L103 bench top meter and a fluke handheld. Tried all different Freq. settings, did multiple re calibrations all with little or no change,support from BK Precision no help..
