My wheel was 28.5 inches and I bought the size for it. Fit perfectly. Nice and tight and the cover lays underneath the bottom of the tire so it will not blow off. Material feels thick and definitely weather proof.

Spare on my car trailer. Good fit! But stretched out while traveling down the highway. Had to take it off. It needs a belt or cinch strap on the Outside diameter to keep it from billowing out. Otherwise nice looking spare cover, that I can only use when it’s parked.
