I was hesitant at first to order direct from China. My order of two motorized room darkening blinds completely removed any hesitation I had. The quality, style, and functionality of the blinds exceeded my expectations. They were extremely easy to install, and to operate. The customer service team was great confirming my order and notifying me when they shipped. Like them so well I ordered 3 more. Also the price was much cheaper than I could order from any US blind discounter.

I must admit I had low expectations when I purchased. I usually buy from Shade Store which is way more expensive but a solid product. Install was a breeze comes with very good L brackets. Programming the remote was smooth. And yes the blinds work flawlessly. Purchasing an additional 2. Light blocking is excellent. Overall excellent value thus far.

I usually don't review things that we like OK, only those we really like or dislike. These blinds are very good for so many reasons: The blinds appear to be very well made, made out of good materials, and they do everything that they claim they do. They can be programmed (pretty simply and quickly) for any position that you like, top, bottom, and middle. A multi-remote can handle all or any one of your blinds. (We bought 4 total.) They all came exactly sized as ordered and fit our windows perfectly. We first ordered one to check our measures and fit, then 3 more after we were so pleased. They were easy to install. The instructions were a little cryptic in places, but generally are very good. Strong, well-made braces and good screws come with the blinds. The support from the Tokblind team was extremely good. They frequently contacted us to review measurements, to give updates and shipping info, and to be sure that there were no problems. Very responsive. The blinds were made and received by us much faster than predicted and very quickly.Overall, we were very pleased with our purchase and truly recommend this blind and company for your purchase. And no, I did not receive and compensation for this review. They just did a great job. (Oh, they were a little more pricey than I expected--my wife ordered them--but I suspect that all blinds like this are at least as much. I have no comparison.)

Having considered motorized blinds for years and always being turned off by the high price point, we stumbled across these and decided to give them a shot. After a very thorough process to ensure you get the correct blind...including follow up email from seller...the time from purchase to delivery was incredibly fast. Installation was simple and everything appears to be well constructed and of high quality materials. Performance is fantastic, the blind operates as expected...moving quietly and confidently up and down. Instructions that came with it were simple enough to follow and what little programming we needed to do (setting bottom stop and midway stop) was easy and worked as expected. We opted for the optional hub to allow connection to Alexa. This required a bit more work and after a few attempts to "figure it out myself", I emailed the seller who responded promptly with links to videos on how to perform this setup. That worked well and now we can control the blind with the remote or via voice through Siri or Alexa. Easily a 5 star product and also a 5 star seller...we will definitely be purchasing more of these.

I’m really happy with these Tokblind motorized roller shades. The blackout feature is effective, and they look great in my living room. I like the remote control and the option to connect with Alexa and Google—it’s super convenient. The rechargeable battery is a nice touch too.The only minor issue is that you have to keep pressing the remote or app button for the shade to move, which can be a bit frustrating. But overall, they work well, and I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for smart blinds!

We just received the blinds today and it took 5 minutes to install. Remote works great and they go up and down seamlessly. Excellent quality blind, we are beyond impressed. It also arrived weeks before it was suppose to. I cannot wait to try them tonite. The sun rises in our bedroom so this will help me sleep better in the early mornings. Do not hesitate to purchase a blind from the company. They even emailed to confirm measurements after I ordered. I have already sent the link to my friends to buy. I will be purchasing more in the future.

I was impressed by the precision of the cut as I was not too sure that the blinds will feet my window when I placed the order. I had an issue with the hub but the seller was able to help me the same day despite the timezone differences. It simply worked as I expected and I plan to order more for our other rooms.

It was cut exactly to my measurements. The customer service was great. Install was not terribly difficult. So happy with the results.We have a window above the front door on a two floor vaulted ceiling that lights up my daughter's bedroom. Since it cannot be reached we needed a remote blind.So happy with this one.
