Preparation
1. Please make sure the Max working pressure 10bar(145PSi) can meet your needs.
2. Before installation, please clean up the dirty inside the connecting pipes and joints , and avoid to carry into the air system.
3.When installation, please confirm that the airflow direction is consistent with the direction of the arrow on the product body; Ensure that the joints pipe’s thread is consistent; Ensure that product vertical to level.
Regulating pressure
When pull up the pressure regulating handle ,rotating clockwise, pressure rise; rotating counterclockwise, pressure drop. After adjusting it to the required pressure, then press the handle to lock.
High precision pressure gauge, Clear calibration to reading easily
Dial Reading
Install the gauge on the body tightly
Check that if the pointer rotated smoothly
High-transparency sight glass for checking easily
Accurate valve to ensure the stability of oil providing
Oil Adjustment
Rotate the valve according to the marking of "+" or "-" to adjust the oil providing
High-transparency PC cup for checking easily
Body made of good material to protect cup inside
Oil Lubrication
Ensure that oil inside is less than 80% of the cup .
Tighten the oil valve after oil lubricating
Drainage
Drainage units of 2000 series air filter is normal close type,can’t drain automatic.
When there have some moist and water in the PU tube and cup ,then you need to push up the drainage nail, then drain.

This product works great on my 23 gal. air compressor, keeps moisture out, oil slowly drips to pneumatic tool.

Overall this works. I didn't like that it didn't come with fittings, but not surprised. The water separation works. Dumping the water is a major chore as nothing has good fitment, it seals up but the clearances suck. Overall works and on a budget this is good but your going to pay with some inconveniences on the poor fitment as a result.

Fine item but was described as having 1/4 NPT ports. I found that it had 1/8 NPT ports, not large enough for my requirements.
