Camera works well but I get constant false alerts , I have the privacy sections setup but still get false alerts. Turned down the sensitivity. Don't know what else to do?

I was stoked to get them! I had one of these sitting right next to the original Mini. Set both of them up on the same network and I got zero movement detections off the Mini 2, and all the Mini 1 movement detections came through just fine. I had bought 8 of them. I sent them all back and bought more Mini 1s at a fraction of the cost .. $14/camera vs $30 per camera for the Mini 2s.

This was clearly a returned item that got repacked and resold as new. Not worth the hassle of returning because they are still functional. But I don't think it's right that we are being sent used to items advertised as new. Being sold at full price.

Bought it during Amazon Prime days . Had an IT tech trying and install . He was on the phone with Blink support for over 1 hour, they couldn’t get it to work . Return made to Amazon who then charged me $20 more to replace defective items . What a rip off !
