I’ve had 2 hip surgeries & wouldn’t be without it. Cover Is soft easy to take off for washing. The foam is nice & sturdy & doesn’t collapse during the night. If you need to keep your legs apart & steady, this one is great. Cover is washable & doesn’t shrink. I didn’t wash the foam & that wasn’t covered in instructions. It’s a good size & is comfortable & keeps its shape.

I bought this pillow from the very many that are available. Turns out it is very supportive and long lasting. It has helped my hips and allows me better sleep.

The BlissTrends Memory Foam Knee Pillow is now a staple of my every night—my legs have never felt so supported and aligned! It works wonders for my back, hips, and knees, but there’s just one problem: my wife loves it so much, she steals it from me every night. Honestly, I’d rate it one less star for that, but then I’d have to sleep without it, and that’s just not happening.

I didn't think something so simple in design would help with my aches and pains. This pillow has made me feel much better. My back doesn't ache, and my knees don't feel strained like before using this pillow. It is well made and there's an included cover that's washable. It is reasonably priced and looks like it will last a good long time. I recommend that you try one. I believe you will like it!

Much smaller than I expected. Very soft. Does not feel sturdy. Came completely flat in shrink wrap. Will update after using it tonight. It received good reviews which is why I bought it. After using it for a few nights it really is helpful

I love this knee pillow. The memory foam is firm, not squishy so my knees stay in place. The cover is removable so you're able to remove and wash it. Definitely recommend.

The pillow relieves back and knee pain. It is firm and fits perfectly. The fabric is not silky or slick so it stays in place all night without requiring a belt. Love it.

I thought this nifty pillow might just work. After trying it this is what I found.Due to the block shape and the way the indentation is placed across the block shape, it came in contact with my upper calf muscles below my knees when placed between my knees and kept me from drawing/bending my knees up like I wanted. If you try to sleep on your side do you keep your lags straight? I don't, I like to bend my knees and pull my legs up to about 45 degrees, like the fetal position.I wanted to place this pillow between my knees. Due to the block edges I could only place it on my lower thighs above my knees. Even with it placed on my lower thighs, the block edges would still contact my upper calf area when I bent my knees drawing my low legs up into the fetal position. Pretty much a total fail on the design. What about the pillow itself?Seems well made, the foam density seems OK. It was just firm enough so as to not squish together too much. How could it be improved? Here is what I could suggest. Make the leg indentation at a 45 degree angle instead of straight across the block shape. The indentation should be from corner to corner. That would allow placing the pillow between your knees or on your lower thighs and the resulting edge location then would be aligned with your upper shin bone, that would be where the edge would be so there would be no block edge digging into your upper calf muscle. The way it is built now, I can not use it because the pressure is on the inside of my lower thighs, not on my knees where it should be.What am I going to do? I am going to order a 9" diameter round pillow. This can be placed directly between my knees.Bottom line, this pillow did not work for me. If your like me and want to place it directly between your knees I don't recommend it.If you like the idea of placing it between your lower thighs above your knees, it might work for you.
