I took a London Broil Top Round steak and cooked it for 24 hours! It was as tender as a fillet mignon. even the leftovers were so tender in steak sandwiches. The temperature held for the full 24 hours. I did have to add water, but that was all I had to do to get the remarkable results. I highly recommend this product and plan to use it for many years to come. It came with good directions for ease of use. It was very quiet and built to last.

I immediately put this unit to work after testing the temperature settings for a couple of hours.Heats up fairly quickly.Set at 132° f, it never went above that temperature, and typically maintained a variance of less than 2° f throughout (IE it never dropped below 130f).Vacuum sealed a 6lb prime rib, cooked for 8 hrs and then pan seared.Prime rib turned out perfect.Seems well made and sturdy.

So for my parents anniversary we had a chef come to house and show us how to I make s as meal ands “Cheffory†used the d s out vide technique! I was hooked and bought one!! So simple to get the right temp and not over cook your food while timing the rest of your dishes at the same time!!! Great for holiday cooking when time is everything!! I actually bought 2 more for family/friends for Christmas this year! Works great for venison!!! Super tender and juicy!!!

I've compared it against several other thermometers and it reads two degrees high. Once at temp it does hold consistently, so as long as I set it for two degrees higher than the recipe calls for, it works great.

My first Sous vide purchase ever. Got it on prime day and was very excited . Worked great and did what I wanted. Made a lot of steaks. But after 3 months , it gave me the errors and is no longer working. Tried cleaning the sensors but still getting e3 error. Tried contacting the company but got no response. Will be purchasing a different unit from another company.

This is my first sous vide and I really enjoy using it especially for tender chicken. Carmel was fun and easy. Make sure you cover the top of your container to keep the heat in. It took me 2 days to cook a tender top round, so you may need to be patient.

This is awesome, a healthy way to cook, proteins are so tender, by far the best chicken breast I have ever eaten bar none. Get the beginners cookbook, it was a big help.
