I drive a truck, so I wear a headset as much as 16 hours a day. I've been a user of another "Legendary" headset since 2016. I got used to it. I liked it. The battery only lasts part of a day, so I needed at least two. I kept three with me. I've owned a dozen since 2016. But, they're dated and quality is inconsistent recently. So, I decided to try this one. Maybe it could use some minor improvements, or maybe I'm just used to my old headset. The buttons are a bit harder to press, and don't have as many functions. The voice prompts are just above a whisper. The microphone position is very precise ... extremely precise .. persnickety even. But, it's comfortable. It fits exactly like my old ones. The range is at least 50 feet, and it beeps pleasantly when it's disconnected. The battery lasts for days. So, I only need one of these. Until I leave it in my pocket and run it through the washing machine. My old headsets would come out clean, and working fine. I wonder if this one will.

I used this to replace my PT Legend. It's a big disappointment.Low volume: The volume is so low that I need to go to quiet rooms to hear. Noise cancellation is irrelevant because I can't use it in noisy environments.Poor construction: The device swivels from right to left ear. To decrease wear and tear on the ear piece, I swivel it to the center position to put it in my pocket. In less than 3 months, it developed a large crack above the swivel. That's happened on the PT Legend, but typically took 2-5 years to develop the same crack.Undifferentiated buttons: The three buttons on the back are all the same, and require a lot of pressure to use. I often cannot tell which one I'm pressing.Unusable mute: The side Blue Parrot Multifunctional button is both hang-up and mute (and no, you can't program it to be just one). Mute is a long-hold, and requires a lot of pressure. So if you accidentally don't hold it long enough, you'll hang up on the person you're talking to.Battery life seems fine. I definitely do not recommend.

Works great overall. It doesn't seal on your ear as much as the bigger ones. It still blocks noise on my end but I can't always hear the person I'm calling. While driving or without extreme background noise, it's my favorite headset.

Very good product. Sadly not for me. I work around a lot of noise, and though the people I'm on the phone with can hear me great, I can't hear them. The speaker is not facing your ear drum, loosing a lot of volume. If you push the speaker to you drum I can hear great, but I would have to hold it there. Which defeats it's hands free purpose

Got this for my husband, who is a UPS delivery driver. They drive around with the doors open all summer long to try and avoid heat exhaustion, so it's usually a bit loud when he's driving on the highway. The overall sound quality from his end was very clear, I could hear him well, it seemed to be comfortable for him to wear. But as soon as he got on the freeway and got up to speed, his voice cut out with the background noise and I couldn't hear him well. It's a great headset, easy to connect, lightweight, sleek, but it doesn't work for my husband in his situation. It deserves 5 stars for overall sound quality, but have to give it 3 because it's not perfect for all situations.

I purchased this after going through 10 of the Plantronics voyagers, they are a great bluetooth, but they always end up having issues that make you want to stop using it, this blue parrot, so far, has far better sound quality and battery life, over the Plantronics, but it DOES NOT have verbal call announcement, nor can you use voice command to answer or reject a call, I miss that a little, but the batteyr run time and sound clarity make up for it.

This device does not even come close to other brands. I bought this simply because it was the #1 pick after much testing by Wirecutter (New York Times), who I use all the time and have had great results. The device has connection issues, even when I disabled pairing with it on multiple devices (I had it paired as a BT device for both my phone and my laptop which I thought could be causing the issue). About 30% of the time the device will not connect or stay connecting causing me to have to answer the phone with buttons on the phone, then switch over to the BT device.Another connection it has is with its own IOS App. When I turn the BT device on/off I am reminded to "Install the Parrot App" which I've already done, and which recognizes the BT device, but won't communicate with it. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it 3 times now, but nothing. This means I cannot manage the BT device from the app.Battery life is okay and sound quality is okay, but people sound a little 'distant" compared to other BT devices I've used.Lastly, the volume level is pretty bad. In loud environments I can't hear my phone ring when I have the BT device in my ear. And, for some people with talk low, it is difficult to get the volume to a point I can hear them well.

There are few over ear noise cancelling devices on the market that perform this well. Many of the deliver good sound to the wearer, but this device improves the sound quality and clarity for the person on the other end. In addition, while I had a firmware issue with my device the customer service rep helped me diagnose and get a replacement device sent in days. Will definitely be buying from Jabra again!

Ive bought lots of blueparott bluetooth headsets as a truck driver, but for some reason on this XT300, the noise cancelling worked in reverse, when there was heavy noise, it would drown out my voice and amplify the background noise. I returned it and was issued a prompt refund, very good experience.

It would likely be ok in a quiet office environment but can barely hear the other people in my pickup, have to press the earpiece into my ear to hear in a modern quiet semi and I haven’t even tried in a loud piece of equipment but positive it would be a waste of time. It’s supposed to press up against the ear canal, not go inside but it fits so weird it doesn’t get close so I can’t hear anything without pushing it into my ear to seal against the ear canal no matter which rubber piece you use that were supplied. I don’t think I’d even be able to hear in a semi quiet shop environment where I’m the only one working. The piece that goes behind the ear is huge and cumbersome to put on, requires two hands and almost impossible while driving and the back piece being so big I hate wearing it all day. Unfortunately a total waste of money for me. Also for the price I’d think some sort of carry case I could keep in my lunch pail with the charge cord should be included but I’d of been happy if it worked. If I hadn’t already worn it enough to give it an honest try and thrown out the box I’d return it 100%

Sound is very weak. Not pleased at all. My Poly Voyager 5200 beat it hands down in sound. Noise cancellation seems to be okay. Bought it because my 5200 finally died and thought I would give this a try because it got a lot of good reviews.Pros, long battery life, USB-C connection. Poly sucks because I need an outdated cable for it. They should really upgrade that.Besides that, the 5200 beats it on everything else. Even the On/Off button on the 5200 is better as it's just a switch and not a button you have to hold down.I'll keep this one and if the 5200 ever gets a good upgrade, I'm ditching this one.*****editing to add the below****It's been awhile now I'm using it. This is a pretty good device. Very close to perfect. I got used to getting the sound exactly right. I can't give it a 5 because of the button push down and hold to turn on or off. It is a fail. Half the time I can't tell if it's on or off until I dial. They need to change this. Besides that it is as good as or better than the 5200 poly in my opinion. The usbc cable and 14 hour battery life is just sweet.
