I bought this to enable my iPod video to connect to my 21 Ford Explorer and it did not work. I was able to connect to my Denon home receiver but the connection was spotty at best and unusable.

I liked this when it worked, but the connection would drop. We had it on a TV, and we kept it plugged into power, and I suspect that the device would fail to recharge when in use. But I don't know. Maybe in a different configuration it would have been more constant. But it wasn't dependable for us. So we got something else.
