Let me preface this by saying I have issues with any inner ear headset. Every single one i have used causes sore spots. So I will not be counting anything about that against it but will be talking about it.Packaging is nice. Almost everything has a qr code so you can do the warranty and everything. Very convenient in my eyes.The unit itself looks sleek and is light weight. Charged with no problem. Connected without an issue at all.I did not test with a pc but it does have a usb connector which is nice to be included. Instructions for connecting are included and easily followed. Can connect to two devices as well.Sound was very clear and the people I spoke to stated they could hear me well with no distortion or anything.Now onto fit. I cannot say how it will fit anyone else but for me it hung a little low with the ear bud sitting on the bottom of my ear canal. It didn't take long for it to start giving a sore spot. I couldn't get it adjusted to fit me. My wife tried it on and said it was comfortable as did my brother in law. As I stated I always have issues with this type but had hoped this one would be different. For me it was not.If you don't have problems with ear buds you will probably love this unit. It does come with multiple bud covers.The price was good for the clarity of calls and functionality as well as battery life. I am a semi driver so length of battery is important to me as is clarity of calls. I could get out of the truck and walk to the back of the semi (approx 63 foot) with no interruption in connection which I have often with other headsets.Quality seems good but as I said it is light weight so it will depend on how rough you are on items or if you do them a lot.Personally I will be handing these off to my brother in law as he loved them. I would buy these as a gift to give to someone else because the quality and clarity but they just don't fit year or I would be keeping them.Hope this helps.

This is a great headset. I've owned other wired and wireless headsets in the past and have never been very impressed. This one is different. It is so small when it's folded up in it's case and can be slid into a pocket easily. There is a bright and clear battery level display on the case. So far I'm impressed with this headset. Battery life is impressive. Audio from Teams/Zoom meetings and YouTube is very clear. Reception is very good good and just fine to leave the room while in a meeting without breaking up. Construction seems good and also very clever. I enjoy the way the headset folds up and in to a slim portable charging case. The mic can be rotated up and out of the way when not needed. The fit is good doesn't start to hurt after a long time using like others I've encountered. I really like that you can pair it to two devices at once - a feature my many TWS earbuds do not have. I'd say this is the best headset I've used for office work.

Nice quality packaging, Long battery life, lots of different ear pieces to fit anyone’s ears. It’s easy to adjust, the ear section the boom and the ear tip all can move independently. Makes adjusting to your head easy and comfortable.The battery in the headset lasts a long time and the case includes a battery to charge the earpiece if you run low.It only covers one ear, which allows you to keep abreast of your current surroundings. Sometimes when both ears are covered you miss what is happening around you.Setup took less than 10 seconds, simply pick sp1 from the Bluetooth menu and poof your read to call or listen to music on the headset.I listened to an audiobook for several hours and then answered a call and the quality was very good. It paused the audiobook and when the call ended I simply selected play to continue listening.After wearing this for an entire day I can say that it was a good choice for me and it even has additional benefits that I didn’t use which includes hooking it up to a computer for zoom or Microsoft Teams calls. The buttons are easy to access and the volume is more than enough for almost any situation, including when my granddaughters are running around the house.I am happy with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new headset.
