This headset is being used by my wife. She is very sensitive to in-ear headphones and cannot wear them for more than 5 minutes. Somehow this headset is an exception. She uses it for hours without a problem. Note that everyone is different and your mileage can vary.Sound quality is high (on both ends) even in a noisy environment, e.g. a store. I don't know exactly about the battery life, but it is more than enough for a whole day.Charging is convenient - just put the headset on the charger, no need to plug in a USB cable. When you pickup the device, it connects to the phone automatically. The charger also serves as as a storage case and has its own battery, so you can recharge the headset without an external USB power supply.Definitely recommended.

Although I’m not very technically experienced, I found the directions received with the Bluetooth headset easy to follow and accurate. In about 5 minutes, I had the headset working. It’s easy to charge and use.The ear piece moves so you can use it in either ear and the sound is very clear. It feels comfortable in my ear.
