I work in the HVAC field and am in noisy areas all the time, this earpiece takes it all in stride and filters out the background noise with ease. The battery life is excellent, I can use it all day without worrying about it going dead. I have the accessory charging case which makes it last even longer when overtime is necessary. I tried lots of earpieces before finding this one, I’ll never go back.

I have used so many different ear pieces for my phone. None of them have been as good as Plantronics. I have used their products for over 10 years now. The earpiece has a travel case, which is chargeable. That is nice if I don’t have a charging cord with me. It also keeps the earpiece safe. I can track the earpiece with my phone if I misplace it. It has different size ear inserts so it fits perfectly. I have gifted my sister and a friend this product and they don’t leave home without it. It is also private. Cell phones are loud and most people can normally hear the conversations. With this earpiece that will never happen. Love this product!

They aren't loud enough. The battery doesn't last long until it begins to degrade. However, compared to dupes & other brands, the other party hears your side of the conversation more clearly.

Don't buy if you have smaller ears,I will not stay on my ear. I don't know why plantronics thinks everyone has giant ears. I had one from plantronics for years that had a small plastic over the adjustable ear peice but it will not stay charged. I was hoping that this one would work ..Nope.... come on plantronics.

These BT headsets should be the industry standard if they aren't already. Built well, durable and amazing voice clarity all lend to the headsets features like actual noise cancellation. We live near an airport and jets are constantly coming in (our side) for a landing. When outside talking on other headsets we have to wait to finish until the thing has passed over to continue speaking. With the 5200, we can keep speaking and they can barely tell a thing is happening around us. This isn't our first Plantronics (now Poly) headset (office sets) but it shows this company has more than just an office setting in mind when they design something.

I really want to love this head set for MS Teams calls at work. I love the fit, the ease of connecting through the usb dongle, and the great battery life- but if you get more than 3 feet away from the connection and things start to go bad. You hear a lot of comparisons to max headroom whenever you speak. There will be times I just lean back in my chair and the mic will cut out. If they can find a way to remove this issue it would be a five star purchase for sure.

I purchased for my business where we make high volume phone calls on our desk phone cellPhone and pc through out the day. I have used other expensive head sets but I would get complains about comfort, loose connections and still having my team use their AirPods for cellphone and pc calls. I needed something that can connect to all 3 devices, is wireless and has a smaller footprint. This is it! After using for a couple days the only negative feedback I received is that some times the voice control Does not respond accurately. For example you it will announce an incoming call and with voice control you can say ignore or answer the call. There have been times that we have said ignored and the call still gets answered. Might be a user issue but it’s happened a few times to different people. But that’s it! compared to other head sets the size and comfort it far better. Overall I love this product and for the features and price I will be buying 10 more
