When I get into or even out of my car it adjusts seamlessly to the earpiece without hesitation.3). The battery life is Phenomenal. It came fully charged. It's easy to keep up with in its rechargeable base. I still have not needed to charge it up yet and it's been in use for about a week.4) The clarity is so crisp that my family thinks I'm talking directly into the phone instead of thru my earpiece.5) The noise cancellation feature is stellar. When I use this bluetooth earpiece the people on the other end think I'm in an quiet area and are surprised when I tell them that I'm in a public setting.5). It has great sound when I connect to music or look at movies.6) The earbuds earpiece sits comfortably on your ears and they don't fall off.
