The device itself is great. Large LCD, very easy to read, great battery life (I've had mine running for about a year, sampling every 5 seconds, and it's saying it's at 95% battery capacity right now), and it accurately captures Temp and Relative Humidity. I've run a scientific-grade probe just next to it for several days and it's mirroring those numbers within .1-.2 degree usually and same for RH, so it's good enough for most situations.Software is the trickier part. You want to download TKeeper in the App Store (if you're on an iPhone). This is the only one that I've found that actually connects without needing a login. You can download the data from within the app, just as you would with any datalogger. Works great, and is typically very fast.Other issue is changing the temperature from Celcius to Farenheit. I literally /JUST/ found this, which is what prompted me to write the review. You have to open up the back of the case, and on the inside, there's a single button. Press the button, and now you're in Farenheit mode. The software can download the data in either Celcius or Farenheit mode, you just have to set which you want in the app. If the device is set to Celcius, the app can be set to download in Farenheit, and vice versa.Overall, it's a good piece of kit. Planning on buying a couple more of these.

After I first installed it I had problems syncing where it would time out. Just keep retrying. Doesn't always happen.

Terrific product.I use 4 in my house to check humidity and my HVAC system. The recording feature is terrific to see what is happening over time. The humidity reading tends to be several percent low.If your work depends strongly on humitidity I recommend checking your results with another meter.

This review is for the FRESHLIANCE Bluetooth Temperature Humidity Data Logger Recorder, Refrigerator Freezer Thermometer Hygrometer, Digital Remotely Temperature Humidity Monitor with Smart APP Data Analysis, BlueTag TH20.Out of the box the recorder works, once the battery insulation tab is removed. The display shows temperature (Celsius is the default) and relative humidity. For a small display it is easy to read. I have my TH20 in a freezer. I'm amazed and pleased the Bluetooth connection works through the freezer walls. My problems started with the app. First I downloaded the wrong version which was not in English. One I got the correct app I was thrilled FRESHLIANCE did not force me to create a user account in order to use the instrument and generate reports. Not being made to register is a big plus. The app paired easily with the instrument. Navigating in the app was not so nice. It took me some while to find the setting to toggle between Celsius and Fahrenheit.I was able to stop recording and generate a report. However I found no way to turn the TH20 back on! The only workaround I found was deleting the instrument from the app and then reconnecting. This is a pain to say the least.

I'm using this in conjunction with other hygrometers to verify the humidity for my expensive guitar collection. I was happy to see that this one has +/- 3% accuracy for humidity since most are +/- 5%. Gauging it against my more expensive digital humidity probe it seems pretty accurate. The LCD display on the unit shows current, max, and min temp and the same three values for relative humidity. A button inside the back cover lets you change to Fahrenheit from Celsius (the default).Using the app you can view graphs of data by hour, day, month, etc. The app supports several of these units, so you can read them all if you have more than one. The app also defaults to Celsius but has a setting for Fahrenheit. The only thing I can't figure out his how to set alarms (if this is even possible). It would be nice to alert when humidity goes low or high. If the app supports this, I couldn't find a way to set it.One other issue I had was the magnet. I tried on several metal surfaces, and on some it stayed in place, but on others it would slide down. If you want it on a vertical surface, even a metal one, you may have to use double-sided tape.

This is a good thermometer of the right size and magnetic back. The app allows the tracking of the temperature history. The only complaint I have is that the temperature is in Celsius only.

This little enviromental monitor is great: it can monitor temperature in 1 minute intervals and store the data internally, then transfer the logs over bluetooth to a smartphone or tablet. My only issue is that it can only provide temperature in Celsius and there is no configuration setting to change this, not even on software. Other temperature monitors provide this option by converting the units on the fly and then updating the entries on the logs.Visibility is great, the large LCD provides a way to quick check the temperature and humidity without the need of connecting to the device. In addition to the current reading, the LCD also displays information about the maximum and minimum temperature and humidity on the logging session. Finally, accuracy seems on point: the deviation compared to another 2 calibrated sensors placed next to this logger is about 0.4 C and about 1.3 % RH from the values provided by the exported logs and compared to the logs on the other 2 remote sensors.

I purchased this to use in the guitar cabinet to monitor levels of humidity and temperature. I perfer to view the data via app. It is very accurate and works well.Small size, it makes up for in functionality.
