Hi, I got this bunch of seam rippers because I am forever losing them! Yes I know. They are nice to have in each sewing basket, the purse, the car and wherever I think I might need one. They work pretty good, I removed a monogram if you can believe it! Took me hours but worked very well. They stood up to hours of use, they are color coded and have a clear cap, which can be used on or off with the ripper.Really better off and by itself. They are approx 3.5" long, tiny things but useful. The ripper piece itself is approx 2.5" long. They are plastic and you do get 16 each. The quality is good, no sharp edges on any of the plastic parts. If you are in need of more than one, like me, then this is a great buy for you as well.I hope you found this review helpful. I read all or most of them too before I make my decisions. These reviews really are helpful. Thank you to everyone that submits their opinions, much appreciated by this retired lady! Thank you

These work great. And are nicely packaged in it's own case. Great for making sewing kits.

Like a lot of people I'm forever losing my seam ripper so this seemed like a good product to try. It's a good seam ripper, nice and sharp and it cuts thru my serger threads nicely. My only complaint is that when I have the cap off of the sharp part and on the back of the body/handle it likes to slide off, which is annoying. However, for the price I still think they were worth it.

This set is great. I am always loosing thread cutters. They are sharp, durable and the tops stay on nice and snug. I would buy this set again.

Picker has a lot of irregular surfaces and cutter is a little dull, but for the price, they are handy to have around the room.

Perfect size for my Victorian sewing box. Small and efficient seam rippers.

As compared to the Dritz I'm accustomed to, these are hilariously poor quality. very large burrs on the already-dull cutting surface renders them completely unable to cut thread, the little red protective dot is not well-applied so that bit of metal is peeking through and sharp and jagged, and the pointy end is rough AND sharp, and catches on all sorts of fabrics. The metal bit is poorly inserted into the handle and is terribly wobbly, and many of the caps are cracked and splintered. Spend the extra couple dollars and get name-brand.

I loved that I could buy a quantity for the good price, as I like to keep one with each of my sewing machines and each of the embroidery and/or crewel projects I may have in UFO status, so all the materials are with each project when I grab to work on.

I thought these would be ok for a standby because I keep losing mine or leaving them at my sewing group but these are just great, sharp and each has its own plastic cover which extends the handle if needed. Would certainly recommend and would definitely buy again.

Ces découseurs sont très utiles. La pointe coupe très bien. Idéal pour défaire les coutures ou tailler les boutonnières. Je recommande ce produit.

Good little stich rippers, nice and sharp does the job. Excellent value, I bought these for my little sewing group, each have their own colour so now we know who they belong to.
