I dropped my seam ripper and broke the tip. This turned out to be a blessing when I replaced the blade with a new one. It's SO SHARP. It makes so much sense, we replace rotary cutter blades and sharpen our scissors, of course we should replace our seam ripper blades.I bought an acrylic seam ripper years ago online and took the chance that these would fit. There must be some sort of industry standard, because it fits like a glove. I checked a bunch of shops and buying from Amazon was the least expensive due to shipping, but if I can time it to include replacement blades with another order from a quilting shop next time I need some, I'll just include these in another order.

Purchased this as a replacement head for the one my mom broke. Fits her beautifully handcrafted seam ripper as if made for it. We'll balanced. Best buy for the money. Will definitely buy again.

These stay sharp longer than other seam rippers. I only got these because my husband dropped mine and broke it.

My double-ended turned wooden seam ripper fell off of my sewing table and the Tipp broke off. I bought this replacement tip when I couldn't reach the maker of my seam ripper online to get a replacement. I wasn't sure it would fit, but it fits perfectly. I'm considering buying some extras in case I break another one.
