Do yourself and Don't buy this. The pictured plate already comes installed in the shifter for both reverse lights and neutral safety switch. In order to use both functions you need 2 micro switches stacked together. Only usable peice in this kit is the micro switch as the screws aren't even long enough for 2 switches, so do yourself a favor and just buy any cheap 2 pin micro switch, if your like me you probably have one in the toolbox and some bolts (that you will have to buy anyways).

It was perfect, directions good, just what I needed to finish the shifter. If you're hooking up a neutral safety switch along with backup lights you'll need two switches for this to work.
