Was easy to install should have used a pan. To catch antifreeze that came gushing out . Heater was a little hard getting started in tractor threaded hole

this is a Kubota block heater kit but required me to drive to Home Depot and purchase an adaptor because the adaptors are not included....

I have an 08 Kubota B3200HSD and this item did work on my unit - HOWEVER you will need to purchase a brass bushing (got mine from Home Depot $9.00) due that my knock out plug was 1" treads and the threads on this were 3/4". Other than that, it seems to work ok. The cord was a little long - actually very long. Only needed about 12" cord but I guess that's what they make zip ties for. It has, for the past couple of days, keep the engine warm. Very little smoke on startups. I only plug the unit in for about an hour to heat the engine nicely before starting.

Great quality product, unfortunately this particular model block heater did not fit my 2016 Kubota L3901 as described. However, I can say without a doubt if it did I would have given it 8 stars if possible. The insulation on the cord was definitley made for cold weather sub zero applications it was very soft, pliable and remained flexible which is exactly what you need when its -15. Also, the small heater element that sits inside the block is very beefy and solid. Overall a very good part...It just didn't fit my model tractor.

This block heater works great to enable this diesel to start in so far 10 degree weather. The only issue upon installation was to locate a fitting to mesh with the block threads. Otherwise relatively simple installation.
