I have an ever-expanding orchid collection. It’s too cold here to leave them outside for the winter, so they all come inside mid-fall until mid-spring. This year I noticed not as many bloomed in the spring and summer, a sure sign of insufficient light, so I decided to invest in good plant lights for while they are indoors. I have 6 different light fixtures set up, so rather than having to go around turning them on and off daily, I decided to get timers. This set included two timers with two outlets each. I was able to daisy-chain several of the lights together so that 4 outlets was more than enough. The timers came with enough of a charge that I was able to program them without squatting down to the floor. The instructions were easy to follow—if you read them carefully, that is—and they work great. I have both timers set up on the same schedule, on and off at the same times every day, so I haven’t tried setting multiple schedules as these supposedly do. Given how well they work for the one schedule I did program, I would imagine they would work equally well for multiple programs, but again, I haven’t tried this. When I expand my collection of orchids, I’m sure I will be buying more of these to go with.

These timers work reliably and they are reasonably easy to setup (I didn't have to read the instructions). The price is quite reasonable for what you get.

Works, once you get past the non-intuitive programming. Also, there appears to be a bug, where the Mon-Sun (i.e program once, use that single program every day of the week) is missing from the menu. According to the directions.

You can program up to 8 different on/off times for different days of the week or combination of days i.e. Mon-Wed-Fri etc. Also like the random setting that varies the program times & makes it look more like someone is home.

This timer has a grounded receptacle on both the left and right sides. The interface was easy for me to figure out, although I already have a timer made by the same manufacturer. A lot of different options for program settings. I was not quite able to make it fit in an outlet where the bottom receptacle already had a cord plugged in, but that was not a deal breaker for me. I like the buttons, which give a slight but perceptable click when pressed.

I have Arizona Public Service's Time-of-Use 4pm-7pm Weekdays with Demand Charge power plan to save money & I programed one of these to turn my chest freezer's power off from 4-7pm Mon-Friday to save even more money. The chest freezer draws 1.4 amps max & the timer's specs say it can handle 15 amps, so the chest freezer should be a breeze for this timer. Plugged the freezer into it on Sunday, it turned the freezer power off Mon-Friday from 4-7, then on Saturday evening I discovered it decided to reprogram itself. The time was right, but it thought it was Sunday, it was in the random mode, & it was off. The freezer inside temperature had risen from -10F to 32F & all the frost was gone. As there were 21 gallon jugs of frozen water & 6 quarts of ice cream, I suspect it would have been a long time before the temperature got above 32F & the ice cream turned into soup. Regardless, this timer failed to do it's job.Not Recommended.
