Just be prepared, to change the TP you have to use a special 'key'. Ok for theft but not convenient. I like the weight of the holder (hefty) and we will get used to the extra step to change the paper. I cannot find a replacement tube due to the unique design of the holder.

Our company's purchasing mechanism is messed up. It's easier & quicker & cheaper to order outside the process and reimburse thru petty cash. Anyway, this is what the custodian wanted, so he's happy.

This product is easily installed and deters would- be toilet paper thieves. This is the eighth holder I have installed in the restrooms at work and have not had a roll of toilet paper stolen since installing them.
