Im happy with this product. Its quality and came on time. However, The only thing I was hoping for... is that I wish I could've seen the picture detail more closely. Because this looked exactly the same as one I saw at 24 hr fitness. With a push button open, no key needed to change the paper rolls. It looked exactly the same and even when i put in the description with a no key option i got this picture and I wanted the no key option with push buttom to open, because I have a multitude of people that if paper runs out disnt have to inform new people where the key is if they need to open and change the rolls... it was sort of an inconvenience to because I have to hang a key on a nail in another room, that I hope will not get lost with several people needing access it around the clock, because my facility is a support group and each day different individuals are there.

It is wonderful and our little dog loves it...the reason for the 4 stars and not 5...they are a little slippery.
