It is a great ladder. Fits your needs up to it's rated height. A little on the heavy side but a quality ladder and stores pretty good. Has safety in mind and has plenty of safety stickers on it to remind you to be safe. If you accidentally have a finger or hand where it shouldn't be, the ladder stops short while closing it.

Only used a few times so far but seems quite handy. Can see where closing it down has potential to be a finger smasher but will just have to be more cautious when closing. Nice product

This is a compact ladder that stores well in one of the lower compartments that is used to reach the roof mounted units 12.6" up.

I ordered both this ladder and a comparable one that looked identical (SocTone). Even though the build details (e.g. the collapse button shape and design) were the same (most likely produced in the same factory or off the same mold), this ladder was more wobbly and less rigid (more flex) when actually used. It could be the aluminum tube thickness and design, but at the end of the day I returned it. Now keep in mind that all telescoping ladders will have a wobble (that's the trade-off you're making) and are probably relatively safe when used with caution. But for my taste I found a better option for not much more $$.
