The chair is sturdy, backless, only bars between the back lower legs, padded just the right amount and comes with a backbend prop and lovely printout of chair poses. I practice regularly with Tias Little on line and this is a fantastic chair to get the support you need (especially as one ages) for long held asana.

Been using it for my new "Dad over 50 workout" routine I just started. Works great. Also using the supplied yoga-stretch posters that come with it and that helps too. I weigh 350 lbs and it supports me.

Amazon left package near my gate in the rain, rather than deliver to my front porch. Box was a bit banged up, including a small hole, but chair inside was fine. Appears to be very well made, and perfect for my chair yoga practice. The posters were just tossed in the box, so were bent and a bit damaged. I rolled them up, which hopefully will improve some of the creases and bent corners.

This chair is sturdy for Iyengar yoga and restorative supported poses. It has a pad on the chair which Iyengar chairs don’t usually have but it has not interfered with my home practice so far. I do not think I will be using the extension piece as that is not used in traditional yoga; however, if I try it and it works for me I may use it occasionally. This was the lowest priced metal backless folding chair I could find on Amazon with the fastest shipping.

Paid for the attachment which came damaged. Only option was to return entire chair. No customer support for this chair. All I wanted was a new attachment but Amazon said it wasn’t an option.Chair not worth the money.

I am 6'2" tall. the chair is far to low to the ground for my comfort and use. It may be fine for yoga and ladies but "not good for exercise for me".
